M2 Media Group – Terms & Conditions

 

M2 Media Group, LLC provides custom creative services including original music, lyrics, vocals, and music videos. All services are custom-created based on client input and selected packages.

 

All projects are custom and personalized. Once production has begun, services cannot be canceled or refunded except as stated herein.

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming rights to any materials submitted.

 

Each package includes up to two (2) revisions unless otherwise stated.

 

Additional revisions may require additional fees.

Turnaround times begin once all required materials are received and may vary by package.

 

Final projects are delivered digitally via secure download link, active for 30 days.

If a client is not completely satisfied, M2 Media Group will work within reasonable limits and package

scope to address concerns.

M2 Media Group may use a combination of human creativity, digital tools, and artificial intelligence, with all projects guided by human creative direction.

​

Ownership and usage rights are governed by the client agreement.

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
