M2 Media Group specializes in creating original, custom music and music videos designed to capture

meaningful moments, stories, and experiences.

What types of projects do you work on?

We create music and videos for birthdays, weddings and anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs,

graduations, retirements, memorials and tributes, special events, and personal or creative projects.

How does the process work?

Clients select a package, submit project details through our intake form, and our creative team

produces the music and/or video. Final projects are delivered digitally via secure download link.

How long does a project take?

Turnaround times depend on the selected package and begin once all required materials are received.

Turnaround ranges from 2 days to 1 week.

How many revisions are included?

Standard Package includes (1) revision. Silver, Gold and Platinum include (2) revisions. Additional revisions may be available for an added fee.

Will my project be original?

Yes. Every project is custom-created specifically for each client.

Will my project feel personal?

Absolutely. Every project is guided by human creative direction and tailored to your story and

preferences.

Do you use artificial intelligence?

Depending on the project, we may use a combination of human talent, digital tools, and artificial

intelligence as part of the creative process.

Does AI replace human creativity?

No. All projects are guided, reviewed, and finalized by human creators.

Do you offer refunds?

Because all projects are custom-created and tailored specifically for each client, refunds are not offered

once production has begun. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the work product, we will

work with you—within reasonable limits and within the scope of your selected package—to try to make

it right.

How long will my files be available?

Download links remain active for 30 days following delivery.
