M2 Media Group, LLC provides custom creative services, including original music, lyrics, vocals, and music videos.

 

Because all projects are custom-created and tailored specifically for each client, refunds are not offered once production has begun.

 

Client Satisfaction Commitment.

If a client is not completely satisfied with the work product, M2 Media Group will work with the client within reasonable limits and within the scope of the selected package to try to make it right. This may include applying the revisions included in the selected package to better align the final deliverable with the client’s vision.

 

Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal preference, delays caused by incomplete or late client-provided materials, or dissatisfaction outside the scope of the agreed-upon services.

 

This Refund Policy is part of and incorporated into M2 Media Group’s Terms & Conditions.
